Your opportunitynnAs a Licensed Customer Service Professional within our Participant Services team, you have the opportunity to bring your expertise to a firm that will champion your development in a collaborative, growth-focused environment. Your daily interactions will be through inbound phone calls with participants of employer-sponsored retirement plans, providing guidance and solutions, as well as long-term investing options. As you build your knowledge and skills with ongoing classroom and hands-on training, you will become a subject matter authority on retirement products and services, consulting with participants in retirement plans to identify needs and offer solutions that can change their futures. Lincoln, PHX and has a Jan. 13th, 2025 start date. Shifts are assigned between 6:30 AM and 8:00pm AZ Time, Monday - Friday and is open to hybrid work post training.nnWhat you havennIf you’re not a finance expert yet, that’s okay! This position provides a mix of instructor-led classroom training, mentoring, and on-the-job-learning in your first year.nnRequired QualificationsnnSeries 7, 63 (or equivalent), required with registration in all 50 statesnnFlexibility to work Monday-Friday anytime between 6:30am – 7:00pm Local AZ Time based on contact center needsnnPreferred QualificationsnnStrong candidates will have robust written and verbal communication skills. These are vital to the consultative process when recommending appropriate solutions while also educating our participants.nnSuperior listening skills when analyzing account information to better understand client needsnnMinimum 1 year experience using computer applications at work or schoolnnFocused analytical skills and attention to detail to adhere to policies, procedures, and guidelinesnnAbility to adapt and implement changes as market and business conditions evolvennReceptive to mentoring and feedback for continuous improvementnnBilingual in Spanish is a plusnnWhat’s in it for younnAt Schwab, we’re committed to empowering our employees’ personal and professional success.
