If that sounds like you, come join this industry leader!nnJob HighlightsnnFull Time - 1^st^ShiftnOvertime OpportunitiesnAdvancement OpportunitiesnDailyPay Partners (Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow)nnHeres What Youll Get To DonnSuccessfully enter/process orders for the following products: Standard stock lengths, custom stock lengths, standard doors, custom doors, door hardware, brake-metal, curves, sunshades.nAccurately create purchase orders for buy-out items.nAccurately create jobs in the ERP system (Vantage) for custom doors, custom stock lengths, and buy out items.nCreate door fabrication sheet for OBE quotes, custom take-offs, architectural drawings, and shop drawings.nCoordinate with production to schedule product delivery dates to meet customers needs.nField questions from customers regarding product, lead times, and order status.nIdentify issues that would cause delays in material delivery, communicate internally and with customers to resolve such issues and satisfy customers delivery requirements.nnHeres What Were Looking FornnGlass and Glazing experiencenRegular and predictable attendance, safely perform tasks and adherence to all safety policies and procedures are essential functions of your job.nMust have experience in a construction related customer service role, preferably in the glazing or architectural aluminum industry.nMust have strong math skills. Able to inches to feet and inches and vice versa.nStrong customer service skills as well as ability to negotiate customer conflict.nIndustry experience a plus.nMust be able to communicate effectively and conduct themselves professionally; excellent written and verbal communication skills.nOrganized, self-starter with the ability to handle numerous projects and prioritize workload with minimal supervision.nProfessional and pleasant telephone etiquette.nGood computer skills in Microsoft Windows environment.
