What will you do?

    Assist the HR team with the training and development of Delaware North team members.

    n
  • n
  • n

    Support the team with internal and external HR related inquiries and requests.

    n
  • n
  • n

    Prepare pre-employment paperwork and initiate the new hire process for incoming team members.

  • n

    Maintain employee training records and ensure team members receive refresher training when required.

  • n

    Follow compliance and company regulations when working with sensitive and confidential information.

  • n

    Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties, including maintaining employee records and providing administrative support to all employees.

    Coordinate HR projects, meetings, and training seminars

    Assists employees and supervisors with basic interpretation of HR policies and procedures

    Sends out all approved Company/HR Communications

More about you

    High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or similar preferred.

    n
  • n
  • n

    One (1) to three (3) years of previous experience in HR required.

  • n

    Previous Workday or other HRIS experience strongly preferred.

  • n
  • n

    Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • n

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    n
  • n
  • n

    Strong organizational, decision-making and time management skills

  • n

    Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines

    Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times

    Ability to work all games and events which will include nights and weekends.
