Reporting do the Director, Technical Services, the mail clerk is responsable to produce requests from all stores across the network as well as working in collaboration with several departments within the organization for their various printing request that can be time is the essence.

The Role

• Print internal documents as requested
• Create, print and cut business cards for employees of the head office and stores
• Produce pads (forms) for stores
• Print envelopes for stores
• Execute printing requests from head office and/or stores
• Binding and/or laminating documents
• Participate in the daily receiving of packages
• Help in the distribution of the daily mail and package to the different departmenst of the head office
• Participate in the daily purolator shipments
• Participate in major shipments (event, promotion)
• All other related tasks

The qualifications we are looking for

• Very good attention to details and good ability to learn
• Capacity to lift 30lb to 50lb
• Ability to have initiative and work under pressure
• Knowledge of the Outlook suite (an asset)
• Stong organizational skills
• Teamwork
• Good interrelationship skills
