Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Industrial Master Electrician to join our team. This role oversees and performs complex electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in an industrial setting. The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of electrical systems, a high level of technical expertise, and the ability to work safely in compliance with NEC and OSHA regulations. This position is crucial in maintaining optimal equipment performance and supporting production operations. Key Responsibilities: Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, equipment, and components in an industrial setting. Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems to ensure safe and efficient operation. Read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams. Adhere to all safety protocols, ensuring NEC, OSHA, and NFPA standards compliance. Mentor and guide junior electricians and maintenance staff as needed. Maintain accurate records of all electrical work performed and report issues to management. Collaborate with the maintenance team to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime. Qualifications: Master Electrician License required. Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial electrical work. Strong knowledge of NEC, OSHA, and NFPA 70E electrical safety standards. Proficient in using diagnostic tools and electrical equipment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with PLCs, variable frequency drives, and other industrial controls. Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software. Strong communication and organizational skills.
