You will actively support all aspects of managing and delivering Portfolio & Location Strategy services to clients, from business development, proposal development through to managing projects and final deliverables. The Role The Senior Consultant plays a central part in the delivery of our projects, driving data collection and analysis, scoping and undertaking research to support hypotheses, and supporting in the scoping, development, and presentation of client deliverables. Your focus will be on supporting all aspects of strategic portfolio management, including helping clients optimize existing business portfolios and identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies within their real estate portfolio, as well as all aspects of business location strategy including helping clients to identify the most favorable location (city) for a new or relocating business operation. Key Experience and Skills: Proven track record in client project delivery Ability to think strategically and creatively, and to clearly articulate client challenges and demonstrate how the real estate portfolio strategy can address these Ability to support medium to large scale projects including leading commercial aspects, quality of content, managing client expectations and relationships, and new opportunities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong skills in interpreting and presenting data in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Ability to support proposal writing, description of services, and associated modeling of program and fees Develop, present, and deliver workshops, focus groups, and group interactions with clients Scope and undertake required research, including conducting secondary research, participating in client interviews, and preparing and analyzing surveys Take a proactive role in developing and delivering team initiatives Actively participate in business development opportunities and develop client relationships Qualifications: 4 years of experience within strategic real estate portfolio management, including real estate portfolios optimization, transformation, metro strategies, and location strategy Experience in management consulting or other consultancy roles First degree and/or postgraduate degree in relevant subject (this could include, but not limited to Real Estate, Economics, Geography, Regional Planning, Finance, etc) Member of the RICS a benefit but not essential Bi-lingual - Spanish & English Cushman & Wakefield also provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life, and disability insurance programs, and paid and unpaid time away from work. The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate's experience and qualifications.
