Job Description
We are seeking experienced intelligence professionals for our client’s operational requirements on a mission-focused program within a challenging, dynamic setting located in the Maryland area. Successful candidates in this position will collaborate with a diverse group of individuals across the intelligence community and directly contribute to processes that shape government policy. Candidates will conduct in-depth research, perform rigorous time-sensitive analysis, and distill this analysis into actionable insights. The successful candidate will assist the NIPF Division to fulfill its responsibilities in NSM-12 to "further establish and manage a robust National Intelligence Priorities Framework (NIPF) process. Primary Responsibilities: Provide subject matter expertise and support by maintaining the NIPF and POA databases. Collaborate with stakeholders across the intelligence community (IC) to ensure data accuracy and relevance. Create and update SharePoint site content as needed. Coordinate priority nominations, including: Conducting bi-annual zero-based reviews, quarterly, and ad hoc updates. Creating and publishing the Policy Interests Monthly report. Maintaining NIPF Intelligence Topic Information Needs (ITINS) and Actor lists. Assist in implementing the President's Intelligence Priorities (PIP) by: Engaging frequently with NIPF customers such as NT-50s, Intelligence Topic Experts, collector and analyst communities, and IC data tagging elements. Maintain updated and optimized databases and SharePoint sites. Complete all priority nomination updates promptly and accurately. Plan, execute, and lead productive Data-Users Working Group meetings. Respond promptly, professionally, and helpfully to requests for information (RFIs). Conduct regular outreach to topic experts and NT-50 stakeholders by maintaining an IC-wide network of contacts and counterparts. Basic Qualifications: Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. 10 years of work experience related to the technical requirements of the role. 3 years of experience working with or within the Intelligence Community (IC).
