Shaheen & Gordon, P.A., Attorneys at Law, is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented full-time HR and Operations Coordinator to work closely with the Director of Operations and HR Manager in the Dover, NH office. To be successful in this role the candidate must demonstrate the ability to work as a member of a team, in addition to working independently. Responsibilities HRIS data entry, records management, and reporting Coordinate the recruitment and interview process, tracking the status of open positions and candidates Coordinate scheduling meetings and interviews as needed Assist with offer letters to new employees Assist with the performance management process Supervision of reception and administrative assistant personnel Work closely with the Director of Operations to oversee facilities management Coordinate purchasing and inventory management Administrative support for operations, marketing, and HR projects Coordinating meetings and planning events Maintaining files and providing support for purchasing and vendor management Establish and maintain strong working relationships with coworkers, leadership, and vendors Required Skills/Abilities Must have excellent interpersonal and organization skills Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills Must have strong attention to detail and be able to multi-task Must be able to meet deadlines Ability to multi-task and function well in a fast-paced environment Must have a professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude and demeanor Must have strong computer skills using Microsoft Word/Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
