DESCRIPTION:

1-2 weeks of coverage in October & November and specifically for December 16 th to December 27 th to cover for a vacation.

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM and night/weekend call while PERM MD is on vacation.

Call Type : Beeper, response time 20 minutes, phone consults.

Patient Volume : 15 patients per shift

Required Skills : Brachytherapy, External Beam Therapy (EBRT), Conventional/Conformal Therapy, Intensity modulated radiation therapy (IMRT), Image guided radiation therapy (IGRT), Stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT), Stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS)-all types.

REQUIRED:

Active WA License or IMLC

DEA

Covid Vaccinated

COMPENSATION:
