We are seeking a certified and skilled *Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) / Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS)* to provide high-quality lab testing for our hospital and surrounding community. This is a *full-time evening shift position* with a *7 on / 7 off rotation (1:00 PM - 11:00 PM)*.

*What You’ll Do*:
* Collect and process patient specimens (venipuncture, cultures, etc.).
* Perform and analyze laboratory tests to ensure timely and accurate results.
* Maintain lab instruments and ensure quality control compliance.
* Adhere to OSHA, CLIA, and Joint Commission standards.
* Handle STAT requests and respond to emergencies promptly.

*Qualifications*:
* Certification as *Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS)* or *Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)* through *ASCP, AMT, or equivalent*.
* Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or a related field.
* Willingness to *relocate to Vernal, UT*.
* U.S. work authorization (no sponsorships available).
* Hospital experience preferred but not required.
