We run two man service teams in our fast paced, high end restaurant with Server Assistants and Food Runners that take care of the floor. We work with a wide range of luxury products, have a very competitive wine list and spirits/cocktail program. These positions are hourly with a competitive tipout and the SA team works together to support our service team on the floor with some guest engagement and a lot of station maintenance.
