Yard Driver Opr - 3RD Shift (B CREW) - RVI Robards Functions - To maintain and promote the Tyson safety culture
- Receive training as required
- Perform various positions as required/assigned
Description: This position is accountable for coordinating trailer and tanker traffic in the receiving yard while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Maintains log of product loads and reports trailer problems to supervisor and the truck shop.
Tasks and Duties: The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job listed below with or without a reasonable accommodation. - Must have legible handwriting and computer experience preferred.
- Must be willing to work on your feet for a period of 12 hours.
- Must be willing to complete all required training for the job.
- This position will be exposed to possible warm or cold temperatures, wet, humid, or dusty conditions.
- This position will require walking, bending, standing, and lifting up to 70 pounds on a frequent basis.
- **Must possess skills to complete Tyson paperwork
- **Must be able to read invoices, packing slips, records of materials, etc
Requirements of Job: - Applicant must have no more than 4.0 attendance points
- Applicant may not have 2 written warnings, or 1 written warning & 1 written with suspension within the last 6 months of job posting
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid state issued Driver's License
- NO DUI/DWIs in the last 12 months
- Willing to have MVR ran.
This position is slated for team members who are currently working at this facility or complex only.
