A client of Insight Global is seeking a dedicated and skilled Civil Engineer to join their small, family-run engineering firm based in Lafayette, CA. They provide comprehensive structural, civil, and environmental engineering services, specializing in residential, small commercial, and wetland restoration projects. Their projects span across the Bay Area and beyond. The ideal candidate will have a passion for engineering and a commitment to delivering high-quality projects. You will work on a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and environmental restoration, ensuring they meet all regulatory and client requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Civil Engineering

- Professional Engineer (PE) license

- Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D)

- Experience with project management & leadership skills

Compensation:

This position is paying between $140,000-$200,000 annually based on candidates years of experience, education, certifications, etc.
