We are seeking experienced and compassionate RNs to join our team at our Dearborn Heights location. The RN's will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, managing patient records, administering medications, and supervising other nursing staff.
Responsibilities - Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Document patient care and progress in electronic medical records
- Supervise other nursing staff, including LPN's and CNA's
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
- Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and improve nursing skills
Requirements - Active RN license in the state of Michigan
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
