We are seeking a WAREHOUSE Plant Admin who is fluent in Spanish and English to support our client with administrative and office tasks. This is a temporary role (1 year), essential to ensuring the smooth operation of the organization by managing projects, maintaining schedules, and assisting in various administrative responsibilities. Weekly pay and benefits available!
Job Details:

  • Schedule : Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (30-minute unpaid break)
  • Pay : $21/hour + weekly pay!
  • Position Type : Temporary (1 year)
  • Location : KC, MO (64120)
Job Description
We are seeking a Plant Admin who is fluent in Spanish and English to support our team with administrative and office tasks. This is a temporary role, essential to ensuring the smooth operation of our organization by managing projects, maintaining schedules, and assisting in various administrative responsibilities.
Responsibilities
  • Support management by handling administrative tasks and project coordination.
  • Monitor and update the progress of delegated tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Keep projects on schedule and report progress to stakeholders.
  • Draft and edit correspondence and reports for the Manager's or own signature.
  • Conduct research and summarize findings in reports.
  • Prepare customer quotations and assist with developing financial models.
  • Act as an interpreter for Spanish-speaking employees.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
Education and Experience :
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Minimum of 3 years of related work experience , including 2 years in accounting .
  • Proficient in Accounts Payable .
Skills and Knowledge :
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience using standard office equipment.
  • Exceptional communication skills for preparing reports and providing instructions.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects efficiently.
  • Customer service-oriented with a team-focused approach.
Additional Requirements :
  • Must meet export control requirements as outlined by U.S. regulations.
