Essential duties and Responsibilities:
• On-site training with Operations and QA throughout the supply chain
• Analyze processes, recommend improvements, and work with the team to implement changes
• Generate information analytics to support recommendations
• Navigate spreadsheets for data entry and filing on a regular basis
• Attend meetings with operation staff members to gain better insight of their position
• Assist with management and implement production plans for new projects
• Seek new ways to improve efficiency and accuracy of day-to-day work
• Interact and efficiently communicate with warehouse employees and others to better understand their daily work challenges
• Participate with different areas team meetings

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Experience with business process analysis and documentation
• Pursuit of working in the operations and transportation field in the future preferred
• Great organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a deadline-sensitive environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Microsoft Office experience; intermediate in Excel
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
