St. Francis Nursing Home is an 80-bed skilled nursing facility attached to CHI St. Francis Health acute hospital and Primary Care and Walk-in Clinic providing quality nursing care to residents in and around Breckenridge, MN . Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
  • Administers prescribed medications and treatments.
  • Reviews and evaluates resident's care and adjusts as needed.
  • Administered, conducts, directs and supervises resident related care and activities on assigned unit.
  • Direct supervision of LPNs, TMAs and CNAs on scheduled shift.
  • Completes all required assessments and documentation in a timely manner.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
  • Registered Nurse degree from a recognized college or university.
  • Active Minnesota license in good standing.
  • BLS
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle engage others and handle conflicts resulting in positive outcome.
  • Strong leadership skills.
