1.General job duties. Types of procedures required.
CV, Ortho, GI, General, Gyne, Cataracts
2. Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. (Is there computerized charting, medication systems, etc.)
Epic EMR, Basic OR equipment (towers, cautery, etc.)
3. Required skills and minimum years of experience.
Be able to independently circulate in the OR, experience with the following: CV, Ortho, GI, General, Gyne, Cataracts
4. Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. (ARRT, CRT, BLS, ACLS, etc)
BLS, IL lic
5.Shift or schedule requirements. (Will the employee ever work alone? Is call required? If so, how often? Are weekends required?)
M-F 0630-3p, call rotation evenings, weekends and holidays (average 10-12 call shifts in 6 week period)
6. Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept.
