HRIS Analyst
We are hiring a
HRIS Analyst to manage the end-to-end deployment of Ceridian Dayforce, ensuring seamless configuration, data migration, testing, training, and support. This role requires expertise in HR, payroll, and workforce management systems to deliver tailored solutions aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities of the HRIS Analyst: - Manage Dayforce implementation projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Configure system modules (HR, Payroll, Workforce Management, Benefits) to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and resolve challenges.
- Oversee data migration, validation, and testing for accurate system functionality.
- Provide training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications of the HRIS Analyst: - Proven experience implementing Ceridian Dayforce (3+ years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of HRIS/HRIT, payroll, and workforce systems.
- Proficiency in data migration and system integrations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
The HRIS Analyst role is fully onsite in Beachwood, OH with a pay range of $40 - $48 per hour depending on experience.
