Working under the direction of the Client Engagement Manager, works closely with Regions/Agencies during the conversion process, to understand their current state to provide support post conversion. Works closely with Training Manager, Project Management, Product Management and Data Team to ensure the agency is on target to meet all conversion deadlines. Assist in pre-conversion discovery sessions with Region/Agencies and formulate analysis along with preparing discovery findings and identifying all areas that must be acted upon.

What You'll Do
n
n - Obtain an understanding of the agencies current processes and procedures to performs a gap analysis between AP Corporate system workflows providing documentation prior to go live of all changes/differences.
n - Responsible for supporting all end user post conversion questions, guidance, workflows, troubleshooting, etc.
n - Assist with agency data validation of conversions, completing the spreadsheets, reviewing what is returned by the agency. Research to determine valid issues to report to the data lead for review and submission. Train the agency on data validations.
n - Demonstrates proficient working knowledge of day- to- day insurance business processes/workflows. Ability to relate the business processes to system workflows.
n - Acts as an Operational Consultant to Regions/Agencies to assess current state service structure, processes, and products used to identify pain-points and maximize productivity through the proficient working knowledge of day-to-day insurance business processes/workflows and relating the business processes to system workflows.
n - Creates implementation strategy for new products, workflows, and SOPs via needs analysis and driving overall adoption.
n - Build and develop relationships with Regional Operations leadership to fully understand operational structure of AssuredPartners and ensure the Region/Agency has positive feelings towards transformation.
n - Responsible for ensuring all necessary conversion documents from the regions are secured and appropriately addressed (Discovery Packet, Employee List, unique system utilization info, key tracking methods, etc.).
n - Responsible for understanding the agencies' current data and workflows to identify specialty lines and/or agency/regional nuances that need to be addressed in future state standards.
n - Responsible for understanding and identifying the agency’s workflow with any Third Parties, coordinating the training and transition to the new platform. Must be able to determine the necessary steps to enlist the Third-Party vendors for all cleanup efforts whether pre/post conversion.
n - Provide the Engagement Specialist, Product, Change Management, Training and Data teams with key information on the converting agencies to ensure any applicable system personalization and/or customization is completed.

What You'll Need
n
n - Minimum of 5 years insurance retail agency experience; Proficient in day-to-day Insurance business and workflow processes; 5 years’ experience with agency management systems, Application and data support experience preferred.
n - To perform this job successfully, an individual must have a minimum of 4 years Agency Management System software experience, Internet software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
n - While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include distance vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
