Face coverings are available to all team members and enhanced cleaning and sanitation is regularly performed.nnTittle: Purchasing AssistantnnGENERAL SUMMARY:nnThis position will be responsible for receiving requisitions via SAP and assigning purchase orders.nnESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:nnCommunicating and confirming information with vendors.nnTracking all orders for materials and services to insure timely and accurate processing.nnMaintaining good vendor relations.nnSupplying support and assistance to Corporate Buyers, including any additionally assigned tasks.nnBASIC SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:nn2 or more years purchasing experience preferred.nnMust have excellent computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Internet Explorer.nnSAP software experience preferred.nnMust have excellent communication and interpersonal relation skills, being able to work with all levels of management and hourly employees.nnMust have excellent business machine skills (computer, multi-line phone, fax, copier, scanner, etc).nnMust be self-motivated to perform simultaneous tasks without close, continuous supervision.nnEDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma/GED; college degree preferred.nnEOE/Vets/Disabled
