Responsibilities Serve as a program analyst for a foreign language office supporting the IC Senior Language Authority. Effectively create narratives related to foreign language capabilities, funding justifications, program policy, and other issues. Analyze and communicate findings from IC-wide data calls. Develop deliverables including talking points, briefing materials, and annual reports. Contribute to foreign language-related sections of the Congressional Budget Justification Book (CBJB), Congressionally Directed Actions (CDAs), Consolidated Intelligence Guidance (CIG), and IC strategy and implementation plans. Advance foreign language policy and strategy development. Engage with all IC components that have a foreign language mission. Facilitate stakeholder meetings, such as the Foreign Language Executive Committee, FVEY liaison visits, student recruiting visits, and expert panels.
