Position: Facilities Maintenance Assistant Primary Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to: Responsible for assisting the Facilities Director for maintenance service and repairs in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, machine servicing, or electrical servicing of the clubhouse and facilities including the pool. Performs general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials. Cleans, stocks, and maintains clubhouse. Limited responsibility for HVAC systems in clubhouse and facilities. Performs various other tasks associated with clubhouse maintenance. Active communication with vendors. Consistently practicing effective/safe work habits and environments. Addressing and eliminating safety hazards in a timely and effective manner. Communicates and reports directly to the Facilities Director. Qualifications: Strong oral and written communication skills Strong attention to detail Planning and organizational ability Customer service skills Financially responsible Role Includes: Might be required to work some late evenings and early mornings including holidays and weekends.
