How You'll Perform the Role Perform various duties to troubleshoot and conduct machine setup, order changes and preventative maintenance. Serve as first line supervisor for production operators ensuring work is completed in a safe and quality conscience manner. Submit accurate production reports daily and timely. Support the operator training program & trainer and participate in operator training activities, development & mentoring. Identify, coordinate, execute & participate in productivity improvement initiatives: scrap reduction/output increases. What We Need From You Ability to work 12 hour night shift, rotating 2-2-3 schedule. Eligible to work in the United States. Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen. Work overtime as required. Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. 3-5 years in blown film extrusion preferred. Ability to successfully multitask in a fast-paced environment. The commitment to stay safe and to continue to learn and develop. Satisfactorily completes training courses as determined by management.
