Key Responsibilities: Assist in marketing and promoting program services to potential referral sources; maintain positive relationships with referral sources. Obtain data and prepare recommendations regarding potential referral sources and clients. Participate in market research to determine area and client needs. Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of services. Develop and maintain communications in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of staff, clients, and referral sources. Monitor and report staff compliance with productivity standards, CANS/ANSA completions, and timely, accurate treatment plans. Assist Practice Manager in monitoring and addressing scheduling, including no-show rates. Complete all other essential administrative tasks as assigned by the Practice Manager. Qualifications: Associates Degree in a related field of study. Two years of related experience and/or training; or a combination of education/experience may be substituted for the degree. Valid driver’s license, a driving record meeting Meridian's driving policy, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance required.
