We are currently seeking a dedicated and driven individual to join our team as a Service Manager. As a Service Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer service and managing the daily operations of our store. We are looking for someone with a strong background in customer service, leadership skills, and a commitment to upholding our company values. Responsibilities Oversee and manage all aspects of customer service operations within the store, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all customers. Train, mentor, and supervise a team of customer service associates to ensure they are providing excellent service and upholding company values. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates. Monitor and analyze customer feedback and address any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist and advise customers on their purchases. Ensure store is stocked and organized, and products are displayed in an appealing and organized manner. Create and maintain schedules for customer service staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, and provide solutions to ensure a satisfactory resolution. Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and marketing, to ensure efficient and effective store operations. Uphold company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines, and ensure they are followed by all staff members. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing department to ensure products are always in stock. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to customer service team members. Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for improvement in service and operations. Responsible for managing and adhering to budget constraints and financial goals set by the company.
