Duties: Enforce all pool rules and regulations to ensure a safe environment. Supervise swimmers and provide assistance when necessary. Perform water rescues and administer first aid as needed. Monitor weather conditions and respond appropriately to ensure guest safety. Requirements: Valid Lifeguard for Professional Rescuers certification with CPR/AED & first aid. One summer season of prior Lifeguard experience. Strong swimming skills and ability to perform water rescues. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable transportation. Pass a criminal background check.
