We are currently searching for a dynamic Manager – Administration, Corporate Finance to support corporate management by providing key financial data and analysis for executive decision-making and strategic planning. Primary responsibilities will include: Corporate Reporting and Analysis Support Oversee preparation of monthly reporting packages: Quick Report, Bookings Report, Management Package, and Headcount Report. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of VP Workgroup financial presentations: Financial Update, Margin Analysis, Net Operating Expense, and Financial Ratios. Generation of the annual budgets and forecasts (Bookings, Revenue, Expense, Operating Expense, Capital). Support corporate financial data used in the Vision, Objectives, Strategy, and Scorecard documents, and work with COO to maintain and develop a 3-year corporate outlook. Development and generation of corporate profit model. Support evaluation of the financial implications of proposed corporate actions through ROI analysis. Provide continuous improvement in the areas of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Perform ad-hoc financial reporting and perform analysis projects for corporate management as required. Provide continuous improvement in corporate reporting and analysis area. Execution Support: Provide leadership, training, and support to the Execution Groups through individual financial analysts in the following areas: Financial Forecasting and Budget Support Project Performance Audits, Margin Performance Analysis Quoting and Cost & Pricing Support and Value Analysis Improve customer satisfaction with the group’s contribution to its internal customers. Continuous improvement in all areas of corporate reporting and financial analysis through identification, justification, and implementation of new skills, tools, or techniques. Hiring and training group personnel as required. Development of employee performance plans and appraisals through proactive goal setting and feedback communication. Support conversion and implementation of new corporate data/software systems, and selection and implementation of necessary system enhancements to provide maximum value added in the performance of the group's objectives. Ideal candidate will have the following experience/skills and education: Bachelor degree in accounting or finance, Master’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience. Minimum eight years progressive accounting and financial analysis experience preferred. Experience working with upper-level management in a product-focused, cross-functional environment. Proven ability to learn and work with numerous financial and operating systems, databases, and report writers. Ability to prepare and present required project/product analyses internally and to customers. Experience in managing a staff of 3-8 individuals in a working manager situation. Ability to direct the activities of a group of financial analysts, providing training and development, with timely performance appraisal and review. Budget analysis. Understanding of foreign exchange and currency exchange rates. Ability to analyze key financial information and provide executive summaries. High School Diploma or GED Required.
