Job Description Job Duration: 12 months Description : Under the supervision of the Senior Benefits Analyst, the HR Coordinator will be responsible for administrative duties for human resources matters related to tracking and updating employee records, supporting the hiring, promotion, transfer, and termination processes, interfacing with key internal and external stakeholders, and assisting in a wide range of matters including interpretation and application of regulations, rules, and other policies. Your role also involves performing tasks with a focus on growing our company's talent pipeline and supporting corporate initiatives. Job Responsibilities: Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating. Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees. Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval. Ensuring timely completion of HR related tasks. Producing and submitting reports on general HR activity. Assisting with adhoc HR projects. Supporting other assigned functions. Performing other duties as requested. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's Degree with 1-2 years of relevant work experience. Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills at business level proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese. Meticulous attention to detail – ability to spot errors and work with complex & detailed, highly confidential information. Flexibility in a variety of situations to include, but not limited to, working hours and various time zones. High degree of professionalism with the ability to relate to all levels of management. Proactive, flexible, and able to manage a number of conflicting priorities. Exposure to federal and state labor laws. Strong team player who is self-motivated; proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team; ability to drive and track multiple tasks and projects; dependable, and punctual; must be detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Possesses a problem-solving attitude; excellent responsiveness; high level of resilience. Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.
