We're looking for a people-first leader who inspires collaboration and empowers high-performing teams to exceed expectations in a retail sales environment An individual highly motivated to drive the business while ensuring adherence to the goal of “Making the Customer Happy the first time.” The Showroom Manager leads a team to maximize the customer experience through the optimization of talent, while ensuring the highest levels of operational execution resulting in a rewarding customer experience. The role requires the ability to influence, motivate, and develop teams to drive optimal performance. The anticipated salary range for this position is $75,000.00 – $90,000.00, which is based on a base salary, commission, accelerator bonus, and quarterly bonus based on KPI. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Coaching for success by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing positive feedback to sales staff. Drive sales within the showroom and optimize community outreach to gain customers and market share. Manage performance, develop talent, and plan for succession. Serve as the subject matter expert in all retail operational processes and procedures. Ensure standards and productivity are met. Ensure the showroom is in-stock, priced properly, and merchandised to the provided specifications. Promote clear understanding of the expectations of the customer experience to staff. Necessary Drivers: Set priorities and translate goals into action plans. Consistently push self and others for results, eliminating roadblocks. Motivate and retain the right talent to support high-performance outcomes. Position teams for growth and foster a collaborative and high-performance culture. Set objectives and goals while translating them into concrete steps for action. Requirements: Experience in leading a Sales Team. Strong business development/entrepreneurial mindset. Strong sense of urgency. Strong decision-making skills. Ability to sell, manage, and drive growth. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as necessary to meet the needs of the business. Ability to travel to Largo, FL for meetings and events.
