Services include individual, family, group therapy, and psychosocial assessments; delivered at Outpatient Clinic locations and via telehealth. Flexible hours, and work across locations and populations may be required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide individual, family, group therapy, and psychosocial assessments for adults with mental illness, substance use disorders, or both. Maintain an average of 5-6 hours daily billable service at Clinic and via telehealth during regular weekday operating hours. Provide emergency on-call services as needed; after hours and on weekends (scheduled in advance and reimbursed beyond base pay). Qualifications: Master’s Degree in counseling, social work, or another mental health related field and eligibility for Kentucky licensure is required. Experience working with the above populations is strongly preferred.
