Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Min 2 years of manufacturing/cost accounting experience Proficiency in MS Office, Crystal Reports, and financial software applications Advanced Excel skills Positive attitude and focus on collaborating across departments and communicating throughout all levels of the organization Responsibilities Primary responsibility for performing cost accounting duties with a focus on timely, accurate reporting and seeking cost-saving initiatives Actively participate in operational review meetings, providing actionable analysis Prepare and present monthly financial results to the Leadership team Analyze significant trends/variances for cost reduction regarding material, labor, overhead, and other manufacturing product costs Prepare and analyze weekly KPI metrics scorecard, validating and reconciling variances to standards, budgets, and forecasts Manage daily cost accounting requirements, ensuring all deadlines are met by collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop costs of new items and validate the accuracy of data Benefits Great benefits: comprehensive health, dental, vision, 401k match, generous PTO Salary range: $80,000 - $95,000 J-18808-Ljbffr
