Job Details: Monday to Friday | 8 AM to 5 PM (Pacific time) - Average daily call volume is 80 calls per day. - Shift might change as needed (You will be given prior notice) Responsibilities: · Answer incoming calls in a timely and professional manner. · Provide excellent customer service to all callers, addressing their concerns and inquiries. · Accurately transfer and direct calls to the appropriate team members. · Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our providers, specialties, divisions, and teams to ensure efficient call routing. · Take detailed notes and messages, ensuring that all relevant information is captured and communicated to the intended recipient. · Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer and company information. · Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer service experience. · Stay current on company policies, procedures, and product offerings to provide accurate information to callers. · Perform other duties as assigned. · Process patient payments along with balancing your payments at end of shift.
