SCHEDULE :

• Availability: ASAP, July-December
• Schedule: M-F 7am-5pm, 8 hour shifts also available

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Details:
• Setting: Hospital setting performing 3,600 IP/OP surgeries per year.
• Duties: Independent Cases, back up anesthesiologist onsight.
• FTE: 1.0
• Required Procedures: Ortho, Spine, Gynecology, Urology, gastric bypass, minimal vascular cases, no pediatric cases
• EMR: EPIC
• Support Staff: Anesthesia providers, CRNA, Anesthesia Tech
• Reason for Coverage: Staffing Shortage

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS :

• Board Certified - REQUIRED
• NE License - REQUIRED
• Residency Requirements/Fellowship REQUIRED
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, DEA, NRP - REQUIRED
• Clean Malpractice/Background - PREFERRED
• Availability at time of name clear REQUIRED
• Must include a copy of ACLS, BLS, PALS, DEA, and NRP at time of name clear
