Coverage: Weekend Call, Friday 5p Monday 7a
Description of duties: Attend C-Sections; admission & care of sick & well newborns, doing circumcisions, admission & care of pediatric patients
100% inpatient
On average 2 admissions per day
80% of patients are nursery
About 2 C-sections per week
10 total peds beds
Nursery Level 2
Credentialing Timeframe: 35-45 days

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Board Certified in Pediatrics(ABMS or AOA) (no BE) - Required
BLS, NRP, PALS - Required
Must attend high-risk deliveries, preform circumcisions, perform lumbar puncture & chest tube insertion - Required
IA license or IMLC
