Responsibilities
n

Create a safety culture and apply and implement workplace policies.
n n- n
Lead and coach skilled trades and maintenance personnel in all aspects of asset management including asset availability, cycle time, preventative maintenance, predictive and condition-based monitoring technologies.
n n- n
Lead and coach teams in leveraging new and existing machine monitoring tools to identify constraints in the system and systematically reduce and eliminate interruptions in production flow.
n n- n
Build strong interpersonal relationships with hourly team members, union, and management teams.
n n- n
Communicate effectively with hourly team members, leaders, business partners, and customers.
n n- n
Administer the collective bargaining agreement (CBA) consistently and effectively.
n n- n
Evaluate team member performance and encourage continuous improvement.

n
Essential Skills
n
n- n
At least 1 year of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor.
n n- n
Experience with maintenance management and overseeing maintenance.
n n- n
Strong in both mechanical and electrical maintenance.
n n- n
Experience working with robotics.
n n- n
Ability to troubleshoot and conduct maintenance repairs.
n n- n
Experience with preventive maintenance and condition-based monitoring technologies.
n n
n
Additional Skills & Qualifications
n
n- n
Experience as a lead millwright or lead electrician.
n n- n
Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
n n- n
Familiarity with pneumatics, electrical, PLC troubleshooting, and hydraulics.
n n- n
At least 3 years of leadership experience.

Work Environment
n
This position requires availability for 1st and 3rd shifts, with shifts rotating every 4 months and eventually including 2nd shift as the plant grows. Current hours are 1st shift (8:00am - 4:30pm) and 3rd shift (midnight - 8:30am). The work environment is fully onsite at the Ohio Assembly Plant, a large and modern facility.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00
