The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience handling land use, development, zoning, permitting, and other matters. Strong academics and writing skills required.

Salary for the position starts at $170,000 and can increase with experience. Associates can work in a hybrid capacity and are required to come into the office 3 days a week. The firm offers a true work-life balance with a 1600 billable requirement.
