Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Formulate and implement the delivery plan: be responsible for formulating and implementing the overseas delivery plan to ensure that the delivery tasks are completed on time, including communicating with local business partners about customer needs, and formulating specific daily delivery plans according to the customer's on-site construction progress and needs;
  2. Customer delivery and maintenance: responsible for customer delivery and maintenance in overseas markets to ensure 100% punctual delivery of customers, including maintaining customer relations, managing third-party transit yards and local logistics partners to ensure punctual delivery of customers;
  3. Operation process optimization and management: optimize and improve the workflow, study and improve the logistics management workflow of local "final delivery" ensuring that the logistics transportation meets the requirements of local laws and regulations, and enhance the level of logistics services, including drayage from the seaport to outside storage yard and transportation from the designated storage yard to the customer's project site (including routine and verification work such as vehicle certificates and over-limit certificates);
  4. Participate in the evaluation, selection, and inventory management (including but not limited to daily inventory, patrol inspection, etc.) of storage conditions in the peripheral yards or warehouses of overseas local ports;
  5. Exception handling and problem-solving: collect, track, solve and feedback the abnormal events occurring in the customer sign-in process (POD sign-in return), on-site loading and unloading operations and other links to ensure the smooth progress of logistics work;
  6. Complete other tasks assigned by the superior.


Requirements:

  1. Professional background and working experience: 3 years or above experience in operation and management related to the logistics industry, familiar with import and export operations by sea and air, Understanding the management requirements and related restrictions of international transportation of dangerous goods;
  2. Professional skills: familiar with international trade terms, customs declarations and bills of lading and other professional knowledge;
  3. Language ability: Both English and Chinese can be used as a working language, able to communicate in Chinese and English proficiency;
  4. Other skills: the skilled use of daily office software, good data analysis ability, such as Word/Excel/PowerPoint etc..
