EPIC CADENCE / PRELUDE ANALYST
THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION.
RELOCATION PAID: Yes
LOCATION / RESIDENCE: Must reside in the state of Florida. If relocation to the state of Florida is needed, relocation assistance is available but must relocate to within 1 hour of Fort Myers, Florida. If you live in Florida already, you do not need to relocate.
SALARY: $100k - $125k
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Primary owner of Prelude build and support (Patient WQs, Navigators, HAR Advisor, etc.)
- Responsible for the build, support, testing and implementation efforts related to Epic Cadence (scheduling)
- Daily duties include being a resource for projects, implementing enhancement requests, and incident ticket support
- Work with MyChart, Marketing and Web teams as needed to support online/automated scheduling integrations
- Prepare and execute functional system and program specifications using structured methodology
- Serve as a subject matter expert on assigned project teams and department initiatives, develop test scripts, conduct testing, support application upgrades and project go lives
- Utilize advanced application & analytic skills to design, build and test solutions to meet the needs of the organization.
REQUIRED:
- Epic Cadence and Prelude Certifications
- Bachelors degree required. May accept 5+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Information Systems management required. Minimum 3 years' experience in Epic Cadence build, support, and implementation
- Experience working in the following areas:
- Prelude/Registration (Patient WQs, Navigators, HAR Advisor, etc.)
- Scheduling (Ambulatory, Outpatient/Inpatient)
- Familiarity with MyChart Scheduling (Open, Direct, Ticket)
