Job Role: Insurance Defense Attorney

Location: San Francisco, CA

Position Summary:

The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation, including handling all phases of litigation from inception to resolution. The roles offer an excellent opportunity to work on diverse and challenging cases in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of insurance defense matters, including personal injury, property damage, and professional liability.
• Conduct legal research, prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Collaborate with clients, adjusters, and other stakeholders to develop case strategies. Provide legal analysis and recommendations to clients.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• Active bar membership in California.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
