Chief Operating Officer

Fraser Dove International is recruiting for a Chief Operating Officer to join an innovative Medical Technology organisation looking to unlock the next phase of their growth.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the organization. Your primary goal will be to increase the organization's productivity, efficiency, and profitability. You will advise the CEO on key operational insights as well as provide coaching to employees.

You will be mission driven, understanding your role is critical to the business and importantly, the advancement of the industry. It is important you want to play your part in transforming healthcare rather than simply going through the motions and making incremental changes.

Responsibilities

• Produce annual operation forecasting report and strategy
• Oversee and evaluate day-to-day operations
• Identify new market opportunities to accelerate growth
• Present operational strategy recommendations to the CEO based on your market research

Qualifications

• Strategic planning and business development experience
• Strong written and verbal and presentation skills
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Previous experience in a scale-up / high-growth environment
