Multiple shifts are available!

Responsibilities:

• First point of contact for patients, physicians, vendors, and visitors
• Answering incoming phones and emails
• Triage incoming calls to the appropriate department
• Assist in scheduling patients as needed
• Kindly direct patients and assist in navigating them through the hospital

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of directly related work experience
• HS Diploma
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Bilingual is a plus!
