Experience/Skills:

- 2-5yr industry experience in a mechanical design setting required

- Autodesk Inventor, minimum 2yr experience required

- Autodesk Vault, experience preferred

- Autodesk AutoCAD, experience preferred

- Microsoft 365, must be proficient in basic use

- Experience designing mechanical assemblies required

- Experience with GD&T & fitment between mechanical components preferred

- Must be able to jump between projects quickly as requirements change

- Must be self-motivated and enthusiastic about self-improvement

- Must have good communication & organizational skills

- Must be versatile, willing to adapt and learn new skills on the fly

Qualifications:

- Associate’s degree preferred or working towards a bachelor’s degree in an engineering related field

Standout items:

- Experience with the design & programming of robotic cells

- Experience with DFM as it relates to CNC turning & milling

- Knowledge of EOS and common manufacturing principles (5S, Kaizen etc)

- Experience streamlining manufacturing processes & conducting time studies

Nice to haves:

- Experience using an ERP system

- Knowledge of electrical principles

- Experience with pneumatics & hydraulics
