Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of California.
• 4+ years of experience practicing law with a focus on litigation(Defense or Plaintiff).
• Demonstrated experience handling complex litigation matters involving business disputes, real estate transactions, contract disputes, employment issues, financial elder abuse, and trust/probate litigation.
