Litigation Associate Attorney-Complex Commercial

High-end Manhattan law firm with a nation-wide commercial litigation practice is seeking highly qualified attorneys for a mid-level and senior level position. The right candidate has top law school/law firm training and experience, with exceptional research/writing skills. Clients include top financial institutions, as well as private equity funds and fast-growing companies in complex commercial business disputes. Salary for the mid-level (4-6 yrs.) is in the $250K+; and for the senior attorney (8+ years’ experience) in the $300K and higher range. No formal billable hourly requirement, but most work in the 1850–2000-hour range; Hybrid work-4 days in/Fridays remote.
