Securitization / Structured Finance Associate

NYC, DC or Charlotte, NC (hybrid)

Join one of the most prestigious law firms in the country, as a part of their award-winning Capital Markets practice.

You will work on cases involving securitization, structured finance, structured products, corporate and/or real estate.

Candidates should have the following qualifications:

• JD from a top law school (T17 ideal)
• 2+ years’ capital markets experience at an AmLaw 100 firm or elite boutique
• CLO, CMBS, Repo and other ABL finance experience preferred

COMPENSATION

Base salary starts at $235,000 for 2 years (firm follows Cravath scale). Position is bonus-eligible and fully benefitted.
