Mid-Senior Level Healthcare Associate

Our client, an Am Law 200 firm, is seeking an attorney to join their Healthcare Transactions practice group in Chicago or Philadelphia.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in health care transactional matters including healthcare mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, affiliations, private equity deals other contractual arrangements (management arrangements, provider services agreements, physician employment agreements, etc.)
• Experience counseling health care providers on a variety of regulatory matters including fraud and abuse, state licensure, corporate practice of medicine and Medicare and Medicaid billing and reimbursement issues
• Must excel in a team environment and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• JD from an accredited university and excellent academic credentials
• Membership in the state bar for the market where you are applying, or the ability to become barred in that state
