Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical assembly tasks as directed by team leaders or supervisors.
• Adhere to company policies and ensure compliance during all processes.
• Monitor quality, maintain accurate part counts, and track jobs effectively.
• Collaborate with account managers and quality teams to resolve assembly issues.
• Package and protect parts for shipment or downstream processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of mechanical assembly experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and drawings.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Familiarity with PEM/Haeger hardware installation machines and forklift operation is a plus.

Preferred Qualities:

• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
