Responsibilities:
- Manage employee records and information
- Assist with payroll and accounts receivable, providing weekly reports to management
- Provide administrative assistance to the President/Owner
- Update social media sites on a weekly basis, posting new jobs for recruiters
- Direct incoming calls to appropriate parties and provide assistance to office visitors
- Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, daily deposits, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields
- Excellent Excel skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
