Position Highlights:

• Experience: 1–3 years of patent litigation experience.
• Key Skills: Managing discovery, drafting briefs, and preparing for depositions and hearings.
• Preferred Background:
• Degrees in mechanical engineering , electrical engineering , or computer science .
• Experience with the ITC and/or USPTO is a plus.
• Qualifications: Strong academic record, excellent writing and interpersonal skills, and DC Bar admission (or eligibility).

This role provides the opportunity to work with diverse clients across a variety of industries while building your expertise in complex patent litigation. The expected salary range is $215,000 to $250,000 .
